This is a collection of activities for postgraduate researchers to undertake in order to self-assess their skills base at the start of candidature. It focuses on four skills drawn from the Researcher Development Framework (RDF): cognitive abilities; self-management; research-management; and communication.

This resource provides you with the first of two activities to enable you to self-assess your time-management skills. The resource is part of a collection of resources which form the SCORE Higher project. This project introduces and contextualises some of the key skills that you, as postgraduate researchers, should look to attain during candidature and provides the means by which you can assess your skills base at the start of your PhD.
The resource consists of two documents: the first is the file that describes the actual activity. The second document is the introduction to the whole SCORE project which contextualises the resource.
