What Can a 17th Century Print Tell Us About Astronomical Theory?
This 4 minute video explores a print from Kepler's Rudolphine Tables and talks about the history of astronomical theory and image digitization. This video was produced as part of the Digital Research Video Project, led by Suzanne Pilaar Birch as part of the Social Medial Knowledge Exchange (SMKE) at the Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities (CRASSH) at the University of Cambridge. It is based on the postdoctoral research of Isla Fay and produced by Sarah Castor-Perry. Funding for the project is provided by the Arts & Humanities Research Council (UK) and the video is protected under a creative commons copyright.
