Humanities Postgraduate Research Community

A very warm welcome to the School of Humanities PGR community with its 250+ PGR students. This site gives you lots of useful information to enable you to join in and, once here, to play a full part in what we do. So the site gives a small taster of the many events and activities in which Southampton PGRs are involved, whether locally in the School of Humanities (with its seven disciplines) as part of the larger Faculty of Law, Arts and Social Sciences (LASS) at the University of Southampton, or nationally and internationally.

You can also visit the ever-growing community of PGR researchers at work in and across the seven disciplines of the School of Humanities: Archaeology, English, Film, History, Modern Languages, Music and Philosophy, including their cross-School Research Centres.
